The Venetian in Las Vegas via HDR Photography

Las Vegas is [was for me] amazing for HDR Photography.  I played for hours walking up that strip on my final morning in the mega city! I didn’t even have a Tripod, but my love for HDR work came through handheld.  These are not Pseudo-HDR images.  They are created from multiple TIF Files – Don’t quote me but I am pretty sure that Photomatix likes 16bit TIF Files over RAW.  I’d love to hear what people think about that though.

Wandering down the vegas strip, I came to the Venetian Casino.  What a great space this was and I had it all to myself.  There was hardly anyone around at that time in the morning [6:30-7am] and the sun was out!
Who wants to go to Las Vegas and go to the Neon Museum to shoot?

I made the decision to make photography a part of my everyday life. While I still battle depression every single day, I know photography helps keep me moving forward. There are days still spent in bed, but they’ve become less and less.
